Jay Weinberg is a member of the Real Estate Section of Hirschler Fleischer and serves as the firm's Chairman Emeritus. His practice focuses on sophisticated land use and zoning matters.
He has practiced law since 1959 and has handled virtually all forms of sophisticated real estate matters, including the acquisition, rezoning, financing, syndication, development, adaptive reuse and sale of major residential communities, apartment complexes, shopping centers, industrial parks and office-service buildings. He has had substantial experience in counseling real estate developers in connection with the taxation and structure of legal entities to develop, own and sell real estate projects.
