Rob Boyle is a member of the firm's Real Estate section where his practice focuses on commercial real estate acquisition, development, financing and leasing. Rob assists clients with the purchase and sale of developed and undeveloped real estate, the negotiation of related real estate financings, commercial leasing projects and development related work. Rob is also a member of the firm's real estate securities practice group and has assisted several of the firm's tenant in common syndication clients in their acquisitions, syndications and dispositions of real estate. He has significant experience representing participants in all facets of sale-leaseback, bond lease financing and similar transactions. Additionally, he has assisted several large governmental entities with their real estate transactions and has an extensive background in local government law.

  • Acquisition and disposition of developed and undeveloped commercial real estate
  • Representation of landlords and tenants in commercial leases for existing and build-to-suit/ground lease properties
  • Representation of lenders and borrowers in loan transactions
  • Representation of syndicators in acquisition, disposition and syndication of tenant-in-common real estate transactions
