The Taxation Practice Group is comprised of attorneys who are experienced in state, federal, local and international matters. Our clients include closely-held companies, partnerships, limited liability companies, tax-exempt organizations, trusts and estates, public and closely-held corporations and real estate businesses including Real Estate Investment Trusts. We provide structuring for routine and complex business and real estate transactions, joint ventures, debt modifications, mergers and acquisitions and other business reorganizations. In addition, we handle federal, state and local tax controversies and represent clients before the Internal Revenue Service and other tax authorities.
