Richmond, Va., May 7, 2008 -- Hirschler Fleischer, PC announced today that W. Brian McCann has joined the firm's litigation section.
As an associate in the litigation section, Brian will handle a broad
range of commercial litigation matters including personal injury,
wrongful death, contract, property and business disputes. He received
his B.A. from the College of William and Mary and his J.D. from the
Marshall-Wythe School of Law at the College of William and Mary. While
pursuing his J.D., Brian was a member of the William and Mary Moot
Court Team, the William and Mary Law Review, and was inducted into the
Order of the Coif.
Prior to joining Hirschler Fleischer, Brian practiced with
for several years with a Richmond firm, where he tried several cases,
both bench and jury trials in General District and Circuit Courts
throughout Virginia.
Brian is a member of the Richmond Bar Association, the Virginia State
Bar, Virginia Bar Association and is the chairman of two committees of
the Young Lawyer's Division of the Virginia Bar Association. While not
at the office, Brian is involved with the Virginia Home for Boys and
Girls.
